In a horror-filled summer, Demonte Colony 2 is set to make its mark on August 15, joining the list of four films releasing on this date. The sequel to the 2015 hit horror film, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, has been making waves with its spine-chilling trailer.
As the director’s second venture, Demonte Colony 2 promises to be a full-fledged horror film, unlike the first installment which had lighter moments. Ajay Gnanamuthu emphasized in a previous interview that viewers need to have knowledge of the original film’s events to fully appreciate the sequel.
The film boasts an impressive cast, including Priya Bhavani Shankar, Antti Jaaskelainen, Tsering Dorjee, Arun Pandian, Muthukumar, Meenakshi Govindarajan, Sarjano Khalid, and Archana R. The movie is backed by Sam CS’s haunting music and Harish Kannan’s eerie cinematography.
Demonte Colony 2 is produced by Bobby Balachandran in association with Vijay Subramanian’s White Nights Entertainment and RC Rajkumar’s Gnanamuthu Pattarai. Fans of the original can expect a thrilling continuation of the story on August 15.
